I made this film a few years ago to celebrate the remarkable work that The Theater Project in Brunswick, Maine does with teens in the community. Like all cultural institutions, small and big, The Theater Project needs support, especially as their audiences collapse during social distancing. VOICES, a 40-minute documentary tribute to Al Miller, Wendy Poole, and 45 years of young people who have found a home at the Theater Project in Brunswick. The film follows the 2015 production of Voices in the Mirror, but within a larger perspective of how this theater has affected the lives of so many young people.
